I am the second owner of this very nice Monaco diesel pusher. I bought it y years ago with 43000 miles on it and it has 53000 miles now. The first owner kept every receipt and so have I. It comes with the original manuals for the coach and the engine. The 1st owner kept this inside his aircraft hanger when he wasn't using it, and I have kept it inside my steel shop when not in use. I had both roof ac's replaced, along with all 8 air bags & shocks. I also replaced the fridge last year along with a brand new Thomas Payne sofa that has heat/massage/LED lights/ and it reclines! The tires are probably 80% and the brakes are really good to. We just replaced the carpet in the front area with nice blue, stain resistant, carpet. This has 2 slides and full storage underneath with 1 side to side slideing rack. Has a Cummins 330HP diesel with a 6 speed Allison trans and an engine brake. Power/heated mirrors, hook ups for washer and dryer, 4 rearward facing cameras, 10 gal. Water heater, microwave, gas range, new toilet, custom built enclosure for the fireplace and a power lift for the TV, Wineguard Dish network satellite dish, dvd and CD player, 6 way power seats up front, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, cruise control, power windshield shades, Onan 7500 Gen up front, inverter, etc.
