Brand new and never moved off lot after delivery. It has a four door Stainless Steel residentual fridge with a 1000 watt inverter, king size bed and plenty of storage. There is a three year transferrable extended coverage warranty on the unit too. The unit is currently in River Ranch RV Resort in River Ranch Florida. I hate to having to sell it, but unfortunately our priorities have changed and we are no longer using it.
