We bought it in January and it is a great unit. We just don't want to camp anymore. It has a residential fridge/freezer 2 sleeper sofas, electric gas stove, entertainment package surround sound speakers, 2 separate stair entrances. King size bedroom, place for washer dryer, gas stove. Auto level stabilizers. It has all the bells and whistles for any RV to camp or live in. 41 ft unit. I store at Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach so its not towed anywhere over 1 mile at a time for setup. Everything is working great and we can setup and show the unit in use at Ocean Lakes campground in Myrtle Beach, SC.

If you want the 3 additional years of warranties, then you can pay 64K and transfer it over to the new owner. This is a $50 deductible if anything breaks and needs to be fixed at Camping World or $100 deductible at a local service place and the repair and labor will be payed for which is a great service and piece of mind if anything breaks. I talked to my dealer this morning, so I owe 64K on my own. You can pay me 64K and transfer warranties or I can cancel the warranties and you can pay me around 60K cash without the warranties.
