The 40 AH is one of the most popular floor plans, for good reason. It has a spacious mid cabin bathroom with double vanity, a large walk in closet in the rear and a spacious kitchen salon area with a pull out counter. The sofa has a fold out air mattress bed. Kitchen includes a full height pull out pantry cabinet, electric induction cooktop and combination microwave convection oven. This is our third Tiffin coach, and we consider this one the best we have ever owned. It has been garaged when not in use. Regular annual service from the local freightliner service facility. We took one trip to Red Bay after the first year to get a small list of adjustments made. The coach is ready to go and should give you years of enjoyment as you travel the U.S. and Canada. The coach is currently stored in my heated garage in northern VT, and can remain there until spring after your purchase, if you'd like.
