2014 ITASCA (WINNEBAGO) SOLEI -We are the second owners of this rig. It originally sold for $232K. we bought it used from Colonial RV in Lakewood, NJ in April 2018. Coach will be available for inspection or delivery (Free within 500 miles from SW New Mexico) in January 2021.
FREIGHTLINER CHASSIS is in excellent mechanical and running condtion:
New tires May this year, less than 2500 miles wear on these tires. Engine oil was changed at 15,000 miles(at purchase date in April 2018) and most recently at 30,350 miles. Tranmission fluid and filter were changed at !5,000 miles by Freightliner at time of purchase, April 2018. New air filer October this year. New fuel filter last summer 2019. Regular use of Seafoam additive to fuel system and Lucas engine oil additive. When not towing car trailer, engine gets 10 to 15 mpg. New coach batteries October this year. Engine batteries were replaced at time of purchase, April 2018. Onan generator works fine, changed oil and filters summer 2019. Leaking right air suspension bag replaced in June this year along with the left bag. Other minor suspension repairs have been made as we travelled, all invoices available.
COACH is in very good condition. INTERIOR: 2 slides, one 25' super slide and one bedroom slide. Long slide factory mechanism was replaced June 2019 with more reliable system, no probleims since then. Sleeps 4 adults, 2 children.
Captain chairs in front, one reclines. Nice size kitchen table, booth seating. All Whirlpool appiances - residential fridge (Electric), microwave/convection, separate washer and dryer in rear. Suburban 3 burner stovetop. Double sink w/ pullout hose faucet. Cherry wood cabinets. Large TV in living area, Small TV in bedroom ( we took that out and put in a ceiling fan - can be put back/reconfigured). Full bath (shower) in rear with autoflush toilet. Half-bath in center of coach with pedal toilet. Two (2) ACs. Front gas furnace/heat pump/AC was replaced at factory in June 2019. Upholstery in coach is worn but not torn, we will install seat covers to suit buyer. Some scuff marks remain on the floor from slide movement - now corrected.
EXTERIOR: good contition overall. Front of body is dull from bug-cleaning. One basement door has 2 small dents. 2 of corners of coach body have scraped ground. I have an estimate from Freighliner for body and paint work - negotiable. Brand new portable macerator, large Blue Boy portable waste tank, new black/grey dump valves, and more! Great MotorHome !
