The trailer has always been stored inside our garage since new and is in excellent shape. I ordered new from factory with many upgrades, but am selling it because do not need toyhauler anymore. The exterior is smooth fiberglass gel coat and never had any stickers or logos applied on it. It features a Queen bed in front and a drop down upper queen bed and lower twin bed/bench in the rear. The couch makes into a double bed. The kitchen has 3 burner stove/oven, microwave oven, and double sink. AM/FM/CD stereo system. There is vinyl flooring in the cargo area with easily removeable carpeting over the top of it. The carpet was rolled up and left at home most of the time. The ramp door also has the same vinyl flooring. The interior lights have all been changed to LED. The Onan 5.5 Generator has only 328 hours and has a 20 gallon tank. There is also a fueling station with a 40 gallon tank. The fresh water is 150 gallons and the black and grey tanks are 50 gallons each. The trailer tires and spare are new. It has two 6 volt Golf Cart batteries which are a year old. Recently had all new brakes, bearings and seals installed on both axles.
