Description

Legnth: 37’. This is truly a one-of-a-kind fully-custom RV! We are the third owner of this beautiful piece of Newell’s history. Located in Jacksonville, Florida.MOTOR - Cummins 555 “triple nickel” and it runs great. 140,767 miles.GENERATOR - It has a Kohler 7.5kw propane generator. Comes with an exhaust pipe extender.TANKSGas tank:100 gal2 very large Propane tanksFresh water holding tank: 100 galCombined black/grey waste holding tank: 100 galAPPLIANCES - gas stove & oven, 3-way fridge, and pull-out toaster - all original and workingROOF - The exterior is all aluminum. The interior roof is vinyl.TIRES - Steer tires replaced 11/2017, size 11r22.5 & load H Dunlop. Rear tires replaced 8/2019 Kelly.Airbags - the tire company said they looked finePAINT - All original and in excellent condition because it's always been stored indoors when not campingWhat # is it? - Newell didn’t start numbering coaches until after ours was made.Other noteworthy items:-Everything is original except we took out the musical horn, dinette, a cabinet over the driver’s cab, and removed the fabric off the couch cushions to replace the covers. The previous owner replaced the vinyl floors. We have all original manuals.-We have lots of extra parts for various items.-Driver’s side Windshield was replaced in July 2020. There are no issues on the passenger side.-The interior was built for a wheelchair so that’s why you see a ramp to the front seats in the pictures. The walkways and doorways are wider than most RVs, which we think makes it feel more spacious inside. The bed is in the back (oriented East/West like in a van) so you can wheel the chair right up to it. The lift worked until this summer. We have all the original manuals/blueprints for the lift. We never used the lift. I’m sure it can be serviced and put in working order. Or remove and fabricate a whole new entry doorway, which is what we were planning to do. The lift comes in to form the stairs.Items that need attention. The list of the items we were planning to service/update/upgrade (but then I lost my job due to Covid shutdowns):-Motor and Generator are due for regular interval service-Roof is due for sealant at the seams. There is also a seam near the windshield that needs sealed.Extra details are included in this Dropbox folder, along with pictures and videos of outside and inside: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/c64tcm90vif9hi7/AABHkX3WGDG3-P8qQ3dXvjsha?dl=0Call or text: 504-258-7530
