This 5th wheel is in great condition. It is on an improved lot with pavers, in Palm Creek RV resort in Casa Grande AZ. It is road worthy so it can be pulled away or you can also purchase the rights to the lot.
The correct numbers are 34CKQS. It means center kitchen quad slide. These letters weren't offered so I picked the closest ones. Most of the time this rig was stored inside. When stored outside it has a custom made Sunbrella cover.
We ordered this camper new and bought just about every extra option available. It has the Polar Package which includes extra insulation and insulated windows. It has two air conditioners, upgraded entertainment center with fireplace, a WiFi ranger, a brand new water softener, and a new hot water heater. It is smoke free, pet free, and in clean condition inside and out.
