Layout includes Full size bed (with upgraded mattress), jack knife couch which folds down to a bed, larger size refrigerator and freezer, good size storage closet/wardrobe, powerful heat/AC, stove, oven, and microwave. Most campers this size do not have all of these features. Forrest River is an outstanding brand we plan to stick with for our next larger camper as our family grows. The Mini-lites are easy to tow but not lacking in ammenities and features. Comes with outdoor grill, TV (can be mounted inside or outside), great stereo system, and 2 propane tanks.
