Bought new from dealer in Arizona in 2007 for $11,883. Used occasionally, maybe 2X per year average. Maintained regularly, most interior in excellent condition. Wife refinished the dining table top earlier this year. Casette toilet replaced in 2019. Water fill hose and vent hose to water storage tank replaced in 2019. Tenting and screens in very good condition. Includes 3 burner stove top, hot water heater, casette pottie tank, outside shower connections, outside BBQ grill, dining table and benches convert to extra bed, 20 gallon water storage under floor.I turn 70 next year, and am now done with this kind of camping. We sure have enjoyed it!
