2007 Fleetwood Jamboree 31W. Great condition. Great floor plan with a large slide out and with a lot of counter space. Plenty of storage inside and out.
Some of the upgrades that I've done to it in the past year.
New AC
New tires in the front and plenty of tread on the back tires.
Added a tire pressure monitoring system.
Backup and passenger side camera system.
All LED lights and added great lighting over the counter and cooking spaces.
New updated faucet in the kitchen with sprayer.
A mounted flat screen TV in the living room and the bedroom. Both hooked up to the cable system.
New double recliner/loveseat. (I still have the original fold down couch that can go with it.)
The hot water tank can use gas or electricity. (or both at the same time to provide more hot water for longer showers)
The roof has been resealed and has been kept under an awning.
The catalytic converter was just replaced.
It is completely self contained with a 4000w Onan generator.

It's located in north Arkansas not far from Branson MO.
