Approx 32,000 miles, new Michelin Tires, 6000 miles on them, new 13.5 BTU AC Nov of 2019 unit in the rear, new Pergo flooring, rides really well, took it through the mountains out west and it drove very nice, new top shrouds for Air Conditioner up front, and refrigerator, Tire cover for the rear tire, new Winegard RVW 395 Antenna 75 ohm 0-55 miles. Queen bed dimensions are 60" x 74" .Flex Steel brand seats and pull out. New decals in 2021 New roll out overhang on one slide, the other larger one is in great shape, new 2 years ago. It was recently waxed Note, double check when you buy another unit, the tire tread may be verrrrrry thick on the tires, however the tires if they are 6 years old past the DOT Date on the tires will not be road Safety ready according to a lot of tire makes, Thus those are $3000 for good Michelins like I have on this 19.5 inches. Many Road Repair Tire Companies people that come out WILL NOT fix a tire older than 6 years on DOT date. Safety and Rot reasons!!! Oak interior is in good shape, heated mirrors, 5.5 Watt Generator ONAN model, Lots of storage inside the unit and in the outsdie bins. Roof is very solid fiberglass and great shape, No water problems, dry as a bone. Will trade up to a newer unit!!
