The trailer had only been used for mostly local travel in Virginia and North Carolina. Never pulled off road or in mountains and never over posted speed limits Wheel torque (120 ft pounds) and tire pressure (80psi cold) checked with every pull.

Winter 2019/20 all wheels pulled. Wheels balanced, all components checked, brakes adjusted, hubs cleaned of old grease, inspected and repacked.
All outside 12v battery connections checked monthly and coated. All lights are checked before towing. The trailer was bought from and serviced by Dodd RV Sales in Portsmouth. It has a current Virginia State vehicle inspection sticker dated June 2020.
Overall this trailer came new from Grand Design with almost zero defects and has never needed to have anything but minor warranty work.
