This beautiful 2018 Park Model is situated on a lake front seasonal campsite at O'Connell's Yogi Bear RV Campground located in Amboy, Illinois. The general assumption is that the buyer of this unit will become a seasonal member at this campground on Site 1509. The annual seasonal fee is not part of this sale. However, the deck shown in the picture as well as a 2009 Yamaha Drive Electric Golf Cart are included in the price. All of that being said, we have received several questions about moving the unit. So to be clear there is no requirement that the unit stay there on the campground site. If you purchase the unit you can move it after our sale has occured. You would have to find a transportation company that can also unhook the air conditioning unit as well as the sewer. All of that would be at your cost. See below contact information, but Toni from the Sales Center should be able to help. We believe you would have to have it moved by April 1, 2021 or they might be requiring the annual seasonal fee for 2021. Hopefully Toni can correct that if we are wrong.
