***CAUTION*** If you are looking to purchase a used Class A Motorhome and are allured by the appeal of one that has "LOW MILES", take heed in this comment. Motor coach drive trains, especially those with Cummins deisel engines and Allison transmissions are made to drive for a million miles or more as long as they are properly maintained. They are not made to sit idle for months at a time! Sitting in one spot is one of the worst things that can happen to a motor coach. Seals dry out, tires rot, batteries go bad, roof gets deteriorated by the sun, etc. Hopefully it makes sense, when looking for a used motor coach, to find one that has been driven 10-12k miles per year, has been properly maintained (by professionals) and cared for by its owner. I am the second owner of this coach. It was purchased new by the original owners in 12/2014 at North Trail RV in Fort Myers, FL. The original owners purchased it to take one trip to the west coast and see how they liked RVing. I purchased this coach used 12/2015 with approximately 12,000 miles. My wife and I have had it across country several times as well as back to the Newmar Factory (Nappannee, IN) 4 times in the last 5 years. Most of our trips to Newmar were for minor issues, but we wanted only the factory to work on it because we have heard horror stories of service from dealers. The biggest repair was complete upholstery replacement caused by a defect in material that FlexSteel used.

Built on a Freightliner Custom Chassis, with Cummins ISL 400hp Turbo deisel, you won't have any issues in the mountains pulling a tow. I have had it to Freightliner every year, sometimes more depending on how many miles we've driven, for full scheduled maintenance. I just installed 8 Michelin RVT tires (cost $6,000), so it is good for another 7-8 years, and engine and generator oil has just been changed.

This all-electric (no propane) coach is loaded with almost every option available from the factory. Oasis heat system, 1.5 bath, 4 Sony HD Flat TV's, Both Wineguard auto-find and in-motion satellite antennas, Newmar Comfort Drive, Convection/Microwave combo oven, Induction cooktop, Dishwasher, Stacking Washer/Dryer, Porcelin tile, Residential refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
