Have owned for five years. I had interior redone when we purchased - New floor, back splash, walls, captain and passenger chairs-electric, couch, chairs, table, water heater, roof sealing. I have a clean clear title. No slide outs so it is great on road for room. All awnings in good condition. Propane generator, two A/C. Aluminum wheels. 47,520 miles. I use it to race my car 5-6 times a year.
