Non smoking & No pets. This particular layout is almost impossible to find because it’s so amazing. Traditionally the Expandable bunks are in the front n back. This is front and side giving a TON more storage. That is what sold us on this. Pantry, wardrobe and plenty of space for kids toys and clothes. Dinette converts to a bed. TV is not included but custom Popup Gizmos super high wind bunk covers are. These protect the bunks from the elements and provide amazing temperature control. Yes you can camp year round in this. The propane heater is amazing.  I also have a winter cover with full door zips that I’ll include (we used it indoors).
