Description

Save nearly $50,000 over a new coach.and avoid the long wait

Over the years, we have travelled tens of thousands of miles, and at one point, while our house was being built, we my wife and I and our four sons lived in a 35' Georgetown Bunkhouse for 6 months

I've owned 5 RVS, and one pull behind; this is the best I've had in layout and features

For family - or grandparents - that want the ultimate Bunk House, this is it

You can look up coach online and see lots of reviews. People love them. Features are awesome:

- This coach comfortably sleeps 8; with kids, 10
- Private master bedroom with full bath in rear of coach.great for "parental privacy"
- Bath and a half - so mom and dad have private full bath; kids can use half bath in the night and not disturb mom and dad
- Mom take note: Full size fridge; brandnew unused cooktop and oven; deep double sink. This is a great kitchen area
- The hideaway drop down bunk (over the driver seat) is a fantastic bed - comfortable, and fun for kids or an adult
- Six Televisions! One in master bedroom; 1 each in the bunks - complete with DVD players - two in the living room/kitchen area, and one OUTSIDE - for when you are hanging out under the awning. Multiple DVD players
- The coach is nearly 37' long. With the two sliders open, there is a ton of interior space
- Fully automatic leveling system is a dream
- Pass through storage underneath
- Cameras for rear and both sides when on the road - see who is beside you
- I paid $3,500 for tow behind brake system

Note: This coach is in excellent condition. The stovetop and oven have never been used. We never used the back bathroom. It needs one bunk mattress - one of them got soiled, so we disposed of it. There is a slight dent in the fridge door (from swinging into the table when the slide was shut) which can be seen in the photo. There are two small nicks on the back of the coach where a car bumped into it. (See in picture - not noticeable unles you are right up on the coach.)

See promo video from Coachman below.

I have been "RVing" for over 14 years. I can answer questions honestly for you.

See online how hard it is to find a great shape bunk house at a great price. Buying this coach used will save you about $50,000.

One other thing - 5 YEAR, 100,000 mile trabsferable warranty. I paid nearly $5,000 for a great warranty, which is transferable to you.
