This is a great setup. Only been used about 12 times. Everything works great. (Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Bracket broke.) Mainly used for quick weekend surf trips. Dinette turns into bed. Queen bed is super comfy. Wet bath, fridge, microwave, range, oven, pull out pantry. Speaker system but we always use portable blue tooth. 49 fresh, 39 gray and 23 black. Always cleaned after each trip, including waste. Tons of storage with wardrobe space on each side of the bed. Basement is great area for chairs, bbq utensils, etc. Quick connect gas line and we'll include the bbq. Comes with TV, solar (we had dealer add more) generator. We have the portable Directv that goes up top and quickly connects to satellite. We'll include, you just need the receiver. Quick connect BBQ included with 10ft connect.
