This camper turns heads. It is a very gently used and very well cared for camper and a 9.75 out of 10 in all areas, interior and exterior. Plus, we have made several upgrades.

Living room TV is 40 inch with Klipsch bar and wireless subwoofer. The sub tucks away under the sleeper couch without impeding function or sound quality. You will love watching movies in this mini theatre!

Master bedroom also has a TV with soundbar.

The "basement" has a 24" TV on a flip down bracket and is wired so sound will come through the exterior stereo speakers.

Dealer installed, auto seeking "Dish" satellite. [Winegard sat SK-SWM3, controller RP-SK83 and Dish box RC-WLLY with RF remote and DVR capability.]

Unit includes an Ariston™ Stackable Collection washer and dryer by Splendide. These are very nice units with the largest drum size in the RV market. You can wash a queen size comforter!

The most valuable modification to this unit is the "CheapHeat" heater. This turnes the heater from a gas only unit to gas/electric using the same heater blower motor. Use this and save the gas for 10 degrees and below. I also added the lower shore power option on the electric heat so it can run on 30 amp sites at a reduced output and it automatically detects the power input. We have used this camper in -10 degrees.

Other highlights include a second air conditioner in the master bedroom, a residential sized fridge, and a bidet installed on the toilet.

Unit was very well maintained, including:

• Winterization when necessary
• Sacrifical anode rod replacement yearly in water heater (we have a spare for next year)
• Both axles have been fully serviced with seal replacement done last fall with only 600 miles on since.
• Tires are in great shape and are original, showing how little it was used
• Coat of wax applied yearly

You will not be disappointed in this unit. It is beautiful inside and out. Everything works. We will negotiate on price with same unit comparison price plus my modification/upgrades to make an honest and fair deal. That said we feel it has been priced that way already. Clean and clear title in hand.
