We are selling our 32ft travel trailer. We are the original owners. Bought it from a General RV in Mount Clemens, Michigan in July of 2016. We relocated to Colorado in 2018. We used it lightly (around 2-3 weeks per year camping at state parks and designated campgrounds) and took good care of what you can control with these units. This is light model so it can be pulled with a "beefed up" 1/2 ton truck. We have pulled it with our Ram 1500 Big Horn and F-150. This unit comes with sway bars, balance control bars and a Curt heavy duty hitch with pins.

10ft Power Slideout, powered awnings and powered jacks and stabilizers all still work on remote. Hot water heater, pump, toilet, shower, and sinks function properly and the unit has been winterized. I will give a detailed list of items that need to be repaired which are minor.

Tires were replaced in 2018 and the trailer brakes work great. This is a perfect unit for a family or a couple who is looking to travel comfortably. The dry gross vehicle weight is 7800 pounds.

It has 30 gallons of fresh water, 50 gallon grey, and 30 gallon black tanks. There is an exterior grill and kitchen as well. It also has 4 bunks in the back for your friends and family members! The camper also includes the two 32 inch mounted TV's and quick HDMI connect. Also includes dishware, pots and pans, and camper chairs. Also includes two 20lb propane tanks, hoses, and self leveling kits. It is a perfect camper for long rafting trips, hunting, and visiting national/state parks!

Items to be repaired:
-Exterior hot water line needs to be reconnected to sink (needs a sharkbite fitting)
-Two knobs missing on the interior stove and oven (still functions properly but you can order those through Forest river)
-Exterior LED light bar is starting to lose some of the lights (can purchase a new LED strip through Amazon/Walmart)
-Exterior Switches for self leveling kits do not work (must be a bad connection somewhere but still works off the remote)
