Overall good condition with just over 13.8K miles. Great floor plan for families, or even individuals/couples interested in a rig with additional storage space. We originally purchased this in Fall 2016 with the intention of traveling long-term, however our plans changed and we’re no longer able to use it as much as we planned.

This model features plenty of room to move around, flexible sleeping options, ample interior/exterior storage, inside/outside entertainment, and lots of power features. Also has several upgraded options: 15,000 BTU roof air conditioner, LED TV in bedroom, exterior LED TV and 12-volt attic fans in living area and bedroom

General: Ford F-53 chassis - 6.8L V10 engine 6-speed automatic with overdrive, single slide (from driver seat to back end), auto leveling jacks with touchpad controls, back-up monitor and signal activated side view cameras, 6-gal DSI gas/electric water heater, built-in gas generator and 8,000 lb trailer hitch with 7-pin connector.

Sleeping: queen bed, 2 bunks, jack-knife sofa, drop-down dinette and power drop down overhead bunk (above driving area).

Extras: Stowmaster 5000 stainless steel tow bar, EEZTire tire pressure monitoring system (6 installed + 4 extra), two 6-volt deep cycle batteries, vent covers (1 installed + 2 extra) and 12 gal portable grey/black water tank.

General wear and tear except damage to rear bumper which was incurred by hooking a large rock when leaving a campsite.
