This RV was purchased new in 2012with my late husband before he passed in 2015. It has only been out a total of 5 times. It has been under a cover the whole time. I put new tires on it 2 years ago as it had been sitting for a long time and I wanted to use it. So the mileage of approximately 3600 is correct. The awning is automatic.
