Bunk room:
A TV has been mounted in the bunkroom on the same mounting puck system that you find on the outside of the trailer, mount the tv inside or outside. Removable bunk rails have been added to the upper bunks. Beds come with pillows and bedding, cactus coat rack for the kids is mounted above the pack-n-play door. The bunk room also has its own ruggable rug.

In the living/kitchen area:
Fully stocked cubbies in the pantry hold batteries, cleaning supplies, extra towels, and the Keurig, additional shelving has been added on both walls for storage of sunscreen, bug spray, and a dust pan, along with dry goods containers adgacent to the fridge for additional pantry storage. Brand new skillet and pot along with more foil pans under the fridge. A basket for all your K cups, and the kitchen drawers come stocked with everything youll ever need. Remote control storage basket to keep it from getting misplaced. Under the TV is the warranty paperwork and a toolkit for small repairs. Fridge has been upgraded to the farmhouse panels to match the rest of the interior. Overhead cabinets store paper plates, cups, a stocked soup can rack. Ruggable rug runs the length of the living room. Matches, lighters, playing cards, cooking supplies, it's all here.

Bedroom:
Bedroom mattress has been upgraded to a full size queen bed, the tv swivels so it can be viewed from the bedroom or the living room. The bedroom also has its own A/C unit, this is a two A/C unit trailer, perfect for Texas summers. Additional storage in the master bedroom above either window.

Outside:
The front storage compartment has been outfitted with a dyson V6 vacuum and three storage containers they will come with all the supplies shown in the pictures. City water hook up pressure regulator valve, swivel grill mount for the outdoor kitchen mounted to the rear bumper and the grill that mounts too it. Manual Jacks but a dewalt drill with 3/4" socket, battery charger, and battery will come included to make those manual jacks automatic. Tire pressure monitors on all four tires and a monitor head unit to keep in the cab of the truck, you know your trailers tire PSI's throughout the duration of your trip. Bike rack is also included. Outdoor shower is also included.
