Best 2 person RV trailer when we researched and purchased it in 2016. Just under 30 foot total length and box is over 25 foot long. All Season rating with good insulation and heating system. Has sofa bed that fits additional adult or 2 children.

Standard equipment on this model: slide out rear bumper rack for additonal storage of bikes or boxes, 2 batteries, 2 large propane tanks, large living space with single slide out, small LED TV (never used), blue tooth stereo system can play CDs, sync with phone, and play DVDs to TV, outside speakers, two recliners, sofa bed, good amount of storage space, 3 hanging closets, storage box under bed, 3 burner stove with oven and microwave, toilette and shower in same room, bath sink outside toilette room, privacy curtain for bedroom, outside shower, extra large water/grey water/black water tanks, large electric awning.

Lots of extras: extended warranty, sway bar system with hitch, rear view camera, safety gear in plastic box, fold away solar panels, custom made king mattress (in two sections), table and 4 solid wood chairs instead of dinette, hoses, blocks, hookup accessories, portable electric heater, rugs, tableware, some cookware, etc. Just add your favorite CDs, cookware, dishes, food, and clothes and you're ready to go.

Less than 20,000 miles traveled and tires in good shape. Well maintained with recently resealed roof. Just bought 2 new batteries this week. We easily pull it up steep grades with our Ford F-150.
