Has been full time lived in since bought new in November of 2018. Has 6 month old Splendide stackable washer and vented dryer. No leaks and still looks like new. I will be installing new orange trim light on front, being it fell off going down the road and fender skirt on driver side. Has a brand new 14 ply all steel belted spare tire. Just recently installed new electric element, thermostat, and pressure relief valve on the hot water heater. Would be willing to install brand new tires all the way around for right price. Has always been pulled easy down the road about 55 - 60 mph. Recently just installed skirting around the hole things without screw type faster.
