Exterior is in excellent condition.
All seams have been redone with approved sealants and checked for leaks.
Both sliders have been properly adjusted for correct fitment.
Slider seals are in good condition.
Slider protective awnings have been cleaned and checked for damage.
Main awning is in good condition and in good working order.
Connections are still on the roof if you want to add a satellite dish.
Rear and side clearance lights have been replaced.
New LED projector beam headlights.
Unit has front suspension airbags (good condition-normal psi is 30-50)
Main A/C unit has been cleaned and serviced.
Dirt filter has been added for the main A/C unit (Simply release the cover and hose off the filter)
All storage compartments have new carpeting
Unit has Onan 5.5 KW gas generator.
Generator was serviced 9/20.
Engine is Ford triton V-10'
310 Hp. 425 foot pounds Torque
Allison 4 speed overdrive automatic transmission
Engine was serviced at same time as generator.
INTERIOR
Previous owner upgraded the radio/CD/GPS'
Newer unit that has better GPS and hands free phone capability.

Toilet is new and has had a "Clear Rear" (TM) bidet attachment added.

New 32" flat screen TV in bedroom.
Coffee maker is "new,old stock" Has the original carafe.
All fans and smoke/gas alarms work.
Equipped with 2 fire extinguishers. One by the exit door and the other
just below the power monitor panel next to the kitchen.
