Items that need attention:
Front heat pump needs a circuit board and a new cover- the other two units adequately heat and cool the entire RV.
The tiny awning over the door is electric and is INOP. All the other awnings work perfect.
Slide-outs all function well.
RV spent part of its life on the Gulf Coast, requisite corosion on aluminum is present- see photos.
right rear valance is cracked around the reverse light- see photo.
Washer/Dryer side vent is missing.
