Very well maintained RV with one non smoking owner. Completely new awning (including arms) in 2020 as well as the roof resealed. 2019 wheel bearings serviced as well as all exterior seams resealed. New tires in fall 2018. Queen bed with lots of storage under the bed and throughout the cabin. Nice and light under 2900 lbs dry wieght. No pets.
