*** 10/27 Sale Pending *** Our family has outgrown our wonderful RV. We've absolutely loved camping in this RV for the last 6 years (we are the 2nd owners), but have taken meticulous care of her. She had a low 18K miles on her when we bought her, and just under 30K now. We (family of 4) mostly did long weekends at local State Parks, and an annual week long trip a bit further. The RV is super clean, and in great shape. We kept a slip-cover on the sofa, and towels on the dinette seats. After every trip, we took the time to thoroughly clean the unit before we drove home. We stored the RV inside during our ownership. Tires are good and very little wear. Engine A/C system was completely replaced last month, so it blows ice cold. New awning, and exterior re-caulked 2 years ago. Roof seams recaulked this year. All of the systems work well. There is a short gouge near the back bumper where the previous owner scraped against a trailer hitch, it's been repaired with silicone. The cab-over bunk was recently professionally rebuilt, and it is totally solid/leak proof. The entire camper was cleaned and polished last week, and she looks almost new! Blue Ox towbar included. We used it to tow a Jeep (which is also for sale). You won't find a better RV at this price.
