New upgraded California king Tempertic mattress in master bedroom, Direct TV self adjusting roof mounted King dome, 2 year old oversized Gell batteries (10 year life)for house power system . Like new remote start from three locations, 5.5 kw built in Oman generator with 420 hrs. Custom installed 2000wt. Magnum Upgraded quality inverter and inverter controller that allows you to run the convection microwave from battery power while being charged by the 4 roof mounted solar panels .
