Everything works except the Onan generator and it is waiting for a part and should be fixed in a few day. The inside looks great and the body and all systems are ready to go. This unit is almost identical to the 2016 Thor Four Winds Majestic and has been used "gently" and well maintained. The difference in the two Thor models is that mine has a nicer swivel seat by the door instead of the less comfortable bench seat but the newer one has a cut-out above the drivers seat for easier access - I do like that. It has a brand new roof (all but the newest models need re-roofing about every eight years - mine has been done twice). It has a new water heater, almost new tires and new water system. Some of the newer units only have the microwave - this has the combination mcrowave and convection oven. We loved this convection / microwave so much we purchased one for our house. It just passed the state inspection and has new tags and a clear title. We installed a fulltime-on, hard wired, large "trucker screen" rear-view camera (about $4K with installation) and a TV with wall-mount. Like many on the market it has higher mileage - 109,830. Ask your mechanic and he will tell you the Ford Triton Super Duty engine, if well maintained, is good for 200K to 300K miles. This one was well maintained and runs great. The interior and exterior are in very good condition - better than many much younger models. If you are serious, I will offer a real time video tour of the unit if your smart phone supports facetime. As for paying for the unit, my bank has advised me to only accept wire transfers. They have had too many problems with all other types of transactions, even cashier checks lately.
