No known leaks. Awning needs new vinyl cloth sheet. Propane heat and propane hot water tank. Separating curtain to queen bed. Lots of storage. Lots of parts accessories all go with it. Including the tow hitch, garden hoses, the huge outdoor electric cable, chocks, etc. $7900 or best offer. Living room area bumps out with an electric switch. AC unit runs very well, very cold if you want. I can deliver for no charge within 30 miles, I still have tags on it. We have all of the owners manuals for the appliances and manual for the camper too, which goes over winterizing and all. We only took this on the road ONCE in the last 5 years.
