Description

2004 Gulfstream 6295 Class C Ultra Limited Edition 29.5 feet length (PRICE INCREASED DUE TO ADDITIONAL UPDATES COMPLETED)

LISTING WILL BE REMOVED WHEN NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Original Owner. ONLY 15,900 Miles!

Just spent $10,000 getting it ready for the road as it sat for a while. All new tires, fuel system, resealed roof, new skylight cover. Just smogged. All service just completed. New batteries. New wheel simulators. NEW IN MOTION SATELLITE JUST INSTALLED 11/25/2020.

Mechanically, you won’t find a 2004 RV in better shape. Less than 16,000 Miles! It is a 2004 in original condition. Still has older style TV’s. Exterior is clean, but shows typical wear expected of a 2004 coach. Interior, is overall in very good shape with minimal wear. Only excess wear noted is some of the small decorative 6" trim wallpaper has some peeling edges, the ceiling panel around the bedroom skylight has some cracking from a prior leak prior to reseal and the awning vinyl is peeling and needs to be replaced ($200 replacement cost). Cabinets all in great shape. Upholstery & shades still in great shape. Cushions still firm. Carpet still in good shape (mostly covered by plastic since new). Skylight cover in the bathroom replaced as well.

6295 floor plan was the best floor plan available. Two slide-outs (LR+BR). Fully self-contained bath (Not split shower & vanity found in most RV’s). Can sleep 7 adults comfortably or 6 adults and 2 kids. 2004 is the year Gulf Stream put a bigger slide-out in the living room. 2003 and prior was only 1 ft, 2004 is 3 feet, BIG DIFFERENCE.

Exterior paneling shows some fading simply due to age, but graphics all still in good shape with no peeling. (good detail will likely shine up any faded areas). Plastic pieces in good shape. The exterior shower and exterior radio covers were optional items from Gulf Stream that apparently used different plastic and show some yellowing (easy repaint). Generator and AC just serviced as well. Generator was rebuilt in 2011 and not used since, so it has virtually no wear.

Mechanically, it’s in near perfect shape. Just needs some cosmetic TLC items as noted above, which will make it just about perfect. Was going to remodel the interior, but figured it was better to reduce the price and let a new buyer choose what they want to update and in what style. Remodeling isn’t "necessary" as most items are in good shape and would be just for aesthetics and modernization. 100% usable as is if modernization isn't important to you.
