The Coach is fully loaded and fully self contained. including a fresh, grey and black water tanks, 6 gallon water heater, and 12vp pump. The kitchen has a sink, stove, with hood vent and light, microwave, toaster oven and 3 way refrigerator. Sorry the Coffee Maker in the pictures did not make it to the final process so that is an empty cabinet. You most likely want to have a Kurieg anyway. This unit has a bath with a center isle shower. There is an Onan 2800 Generator, roof AC, and max air fan. The Propane system for the water heater, furnace, refrigerator, and stove. Everything works as it should.

There is a rear power leather couch for a dinette that folds down into a double bed, since this is the only sleeping area it only sleeps 2. At one time there was a small bed that folded down from the ceiling, and a couple of seats in the center. These have long been removed leaving lots of room in the center of the unit to haul camping supply, dog crates, kiddie play pen or just use for your own personal camping dance hall.

The outside looks real good from a distance but thee are some white peeling paint that has been touched up over the years and not professionally. The van is rust free and not all beat up and appears to have been well taken care of.

Mechanically it is ready to go, newer Michelin Tires, full mechanical inspection, oil change, brakes are great, exhaust is quiet, it drives down the road very well.
