Many factory upgrades. Very rare LSV1 floorplan 1.5 bath. Distressed Copper exterior/Sherwood & Tiger interior; LV1 floorplan - built for two but we've had a couple grandchildren share to power jackknife sofa for a weekend but that's certainly the limit. Added driver's side roof awnings and three window awnings at factory during build. Swapped separate W/D for Combo laundry unit to create additional pantry space - had drawers built at the factory where the 2nd appliance would be. Had Mike at Villa Furniture in Los Angeles build a custom jacknife sofa to replace the factory L-sofa - two can both lay on the sofa and watch a movie together now. Also have the original expanding sofa with queen airbed in storage.
The depreciation I've eaten; the coach is like brand new. Stored indoors since built; no smoking. Showroom condition, coach is absolutely perfect and recently serviced. Ready for you to chase your dreams. Can't find time for grandkids, a big yacht, and this coach so one had to go.
