Purchased new April 2017, excellent condition. Length 24 ft, 1 slide (bedroom), non-smokers, 2 adults. Ford E450 gas engine, 11,521 miles, Onan generator 40.6 hrs, gas/electric refrigerator. Added: front axle drive stabilizer, rain shield covers all roof vents, winter cover (not used yet). The modification to the dinette can be changed to original equipment by removing the cushion covers and putting the original dinette table back (table is in outside storage). Never used inside stove and oven (cooked outside). Overhead bunk rated 500 lbs. Tv swings out (never used). Tows 8,000 lbs. We used the Roadmaster tow system, trickle charge and InvisiBrake. Parts installed on rv remain. Tow vehicle and tow bar not included. Recently replaced the shower skylight due to a walnut cracking the dome. Selling because we purchased a Class A. We have had no problems with this RV. Maintained, winterized, and very much loved. This was the last year a Ford 450 was used for a 22fe. Has power. See photos for more features.
