Originally bought for work, but have since stopped travelling and simply don't use. Overall, it's a great motor home and a great deal.

100 point inspection turned out a list of small items that need to be corrected, of that list the few larger items that have been factored into our asking price and are:

*Dash/cab AC blows hot air
*Roof due to be resealed (shows minor cracks but has no leaks)
*Tires same from factory and based on age are recommended to be changed (only have 8,900 miles on them)

Just like any other motorhome this one is not built to last forever and shows the normal minor wear that any 2016 motor coach would. Also anyone familiar with these particular models that have the bonded leather couches know that the couches will delaminate as the ones on this coach have. One added feature this coach has is a (2) year Xpel ceramic coating on the outside cabin of coach, and a (5) Xpel ceramic coating on the cab (front). This feature was $2,500 added feature to help preserve the paint.

I could easily fix these issues myself and ask $68,000 which is what similar coaches are selling for online but do not poses the time due to work.
