Tires are 2 years old but only have 225 miles on them this has been parked at a campground for a year very nice camper we are going to cabin since we are permanent at our campground. Has a 5500 kw onan generator also has a fuel station to fill your toys everything goes with camper except the 2
chairs in toy hauler part all tv's has brand new memory mattress in bedroom and drop down bed in garage. We also still have the other drop down bed that converts to a couch in the rear. This unit also has outside mini fridge
