Excellent condition, many upgrades, upgraded awning, new original equipment engine with less than 10,000 miles, new tires, everything works well, turbo diesel engine gets 15+ MPG, queen bed over cab, fold out couch sleeps 2, dinette converts to twin bed, just did 2,400 mile trip to Wyoming and back and ran great, super deal for nice RV ready to go and very comfortable for 2 or 3 people although could sleep as many as 5, either in garage or covered for most of it's life, cover included, trailer hitch included
