Camper is in very good condition. I have never used this camper. It was on my property when we purchased. Recently hired a RV expert to completely go through the camper and repair or replace anything that didn't work. The roof has been resealed. All aluminum frame that can be easily towed with a light duty 1500 truck. Fifth wheel has been converted to a Cody Coupler (gooseneck). The coupler can be easily removed and can be towed with fifth wheel. Everything works. Clear title. No Trades. No Scams.
