This is a great, short RV (31ft 2 in) on the Chevy 8.1 Workhorse Chassis with 31K Miles. Last major annual service was in December 2019 and it has just returned from a 2,600 trip to Texas. Before the road trip we had the rear differential serviced and a complete brake overhaul performed inclusive of New Rotors, Pads and Calipers in all 4 corners to conquer the big “hills” between here and Texas. The unit also includes a Renogy Solar Panel, 1000w Sine Wave invertor and Wanderer controller capable of supporting additional panels if desired. Coach (Interstate RV) and Chassis batteries are from last summer. Coach exterior was detailed 2 months ago inclusive of polish and waxing of the exterior. Picture of the unit are from its inside storage location where it remains plugged in to preserve the batteries etc. Everything is in good shape and works well on the coach. It has 2 pass through bays and a lot of storage based upon the design with full access hatches. The Awnings are all new this season (3 windows + main awning).
