MUST SEE, VERY CLEAN! We have owned this trailer for 7 or 8 years. We are only selling because we want to downsize. The trailer has the living area in the upper part of the trailer which gives you an actual living room with couch, 2 recliners and an entertainment center with tv & fireplace. The couch turns into a bed. All blinds work well. There is tons of storage throughout the entire trailer with beautiful well made oak cabinets. In the bedroom there is a full size dresser and full size closet. The large cabinet in the bedroom is setup for a washer dryer and it has a full size shower. The tires are 2 1/2yr old Pathfinder LT. The roof was recoated this year. It has 2 a/c units, one was replaced 3 yrs ago. Looks great inside and out.
