Very clean non-smokers. Recently replaced all four tires, 3 of which are the highly rated Good Year Endurance tires. I also will include the Huskey weight distribution hitch and wireless TPMS. There is also a 3 year structural and 15 year roof warranty which was hard to find. This is a true bunk house with a door that seperates the rest of the unit which is great for families with children. I am also throwing in a bunch of odds and ends that are needed for the camping life. Its located in a storage lot in Cape Coral, but have no problem towing it to an place with electrical power to show everything is working for those who are serious about purchasing it.
