Loaded, Like new. used only a few times. Extended warranty was purchased with coach. low miles. Sleeps more people than most coaches due to the overhead bunk (hard to find this option in a pusher). Has been garaged since purchase and I am original owner. Great deal for someone looking for a new coach but not wanting to spend the added $$ for new.
