It is rated Full time, with dual pane windows, heated tanks & underbelly. 50 amp power cord , hydraulic auto leveling jacks and electric awning. RV water softener and hard wired surge protector are just a few of the add ons outside. Inside has a king bed with storage underneath,, full bath, safe in full wall closet, nice washer dryer closet. Kitchen has micro/convection, full size residential fridge with water and ice in door. Dinette table has extra leaf, and chairs have storage under padded seat. Living has sofa/sleeper, fireplace and 2 electric recliners with heat and massage. Living tv is 48" and bedroom is 32", both are LG with web browsers, so no problem streaming movies with park wifi, and both have wall mounts that you can pull out and turn if needed.
The decor is top of the line with coffered ceilings and elegant lighting.
