100% aluminum construction. This includes the frame, walls, one-piece aluminum roof, aluminum exterior panels, aluminum interior cabinets and interlocking aluminum floor. The interior walls are Azdel panels. Livin Lite rated this trailer 3400lbs empty, and after calculating the "add-ons" such as batteries/LP tanks, sofa, etc, it should weigh 3780lb with no water or cargo. The GVWR is 7000lbs, so you still have 3220lb of available cargo capacity.

I have all the books and manuals that came with the trailer. We are the second owners and have only owned it 2-years. We anticipated using it more, but after only using it 4 or 5 times the last 2 years, it's hard to justify keeping it.

It will need a mattress for the bed as of now, and I have adjusted the price for that. The factory mattress was only a 3 inch piece of foam. I used a ExPed Duo mattress, but it's small. I've lowered the price to adjust for the mattress, or I can purchase prior to sale.

Trailer is also listed on Facebook Marketplace in Plattsmouth, NE.
