Very good condition, everything works as it should. To be fair and honest the Trailer was bumped in rear on its maiden voyage and spare tire dented the rear wall, continued with camping weekend, it was repaired by the dealer I purchased from. Wall mounted a/c, microwave, furnace, full bath, can be used as self contained unit. Upgraded queen home mattress. Accessories included: upgraded two piece drain hose, black tank cleaning wand, extension cord, water pressure regulator, two water hoses, 90° adapter, leveling blocks, awning tie downs, electric blower, 10x10 shelter, fridge fan & thermometer. No issues with this trailer since new, no water leaks. Didn't use it much this year, currently getting home ready to sell while beginning to build new, won't use it next season at all so someone else should get use out of it. Can send additional pics.
