good night’s sleep for the family with a very comfy short queen mattress with brand new memory foam topper in the master area along with a 4-seater dinette table/bed and a jackknife couch. Bedside wardrobe closets and a front entry wardrobe/cabinet for jackets, shoes, etc. No prior electrical issues. I’ll include a spare water pump that I purchased for the “just in case” scenario.
I used a Yamaha EF3000iseb inverter generator (not included) when “boondocking” -- https://www.yamahamotorsports.com/generator/models/ef3000isebPlenty of exterior perks including new tires and roof re-sealed and painted with UV protectant at the beginning of 2020 RV season. No prior leaks from roof or any water lines/sewer lines. An easy to use weight distribution hitch and sway control bar included. Exterior “cowboy” shower to rinse off the Tahoe sand just replaced new this season. 2 large LP tanks with new regulator installed 2019 season and 2 deep cell batteries included.
Exterior with a few scratches and dings. I have scraped off the front decals due to peeling from sun exposure over the years. 16ft awning to shade your days and picnic areas. Great storage space under dinette bench and lift-up bed along with the pass-through at front of rig.
