2010 DRV "Select Suites" 36TKSB3. Original owner, no kids, no pets, no liens, clear title. Used from 2011 to 2017 (June to October) by non-smoking retired couple. Stored during winters with full cover at an RV dealer. All service records,user/operator manuals for all equip (OEM and replacements).

Standard Feat: DRV all-season construction with 2” aluminum frames: 3.25” walls (R16), R25 roof, R29 floor; subzero thermopack insulation, ducted heat & A/C w/2 zone thermostat.

Note 1: 2010 was the final year (that we know of) that DRV installed hydraulic slideouts as std equipment. After that, they switched to the “infamous” Schwintek electric slides (see link). We have had no issues with our hydraulic slides.

Note 2: Upgraded from std 16" E-Range "China Bomb" tires to 17.5” H-Range aluminum wheels w/ Sumitomo commercial tires.

Note 3. According to other DRV Suites owners we’ve met along the way, the quality of the 2010 & earlier trailers is superior to later models from 2011 to 2014, and far superior to the 2015 and later models after DRV Luxury Suites was bought by THOR in January 2015.

Condition: Unless otherwise noted, all structural, running gear, systems and appliances, etc. are operational and have been serviced by qualified techs within the last 2 months (roof inspection, sealants and gaskets, slideout components, wheel bearings repacked, brakes checked, all axle and suspension components inspected and torqued to specs (Note: This has been done prior to pulling the trailer every year since new).
